First-time and repeat home buyers may reap the benefits of tax credits through April 30, 2010
Posted by Brandon Anderson on Wednesday, November 11th, 2009 at 9:05am.The Worker, Homeownership, and Business Assistance Act of 2009 extends the $8,000 tax credit for first-time home buyers (with increased income limits) and provides a $6,500 tax credit to repeat home buyers. These tax credits will be available for purchases through April 30, 2010. Look at the fact sheet provided by the NAHB for details and to determine if you qualify here.
